Working Together with the Generation Upward Foundation

We are thrilled to announce that the founder and CEO of FlightPath Academics, Richard Peacock, has joined the Board of Directors of the Generation Upward Foundation! Generation Upward is a nonprofit focused on helping student-parents succeed through education, support, and community resources.
This is more than just a board appointment. It reflects a growing partnership between FlightPath Academics and the Generation Upward Foundation, especially around their StudyNPlay initiative.
What is StudyNPlay?
StudyNPlay is built around a simple but powerful idea. Student-parents enrolled in college or other educational institutions should not have to choose between their education and caring for their children. StudyNPlay provides an environment where both can happen: offering a quiet space for parents to study, while their children engage in supervised play in the same facility.
FlightPath Academics has begun working closely with the Generation Upward Foundation to support StudyNPlay by providing consulting, software development, and ongoing support. Our goal is to help the program run smoothly and grow over time!
Goals and Roadmaps
Our goal is to build tools that make life easier for the people running the program, and more accessible for the families it serves. That includes things like managing enrollment, improving communications, and giving the organization better visibility into how the program is working.

Richard Peacock, CEO
FlightPath Academics
I'm really excited to be a part of Generation Upward and StudyNPlay. StudyNPlay is solving a real problem for parents who need quiet time to study, but have young children to care for. The concept is genius, and could transform how student-parents complete their higher education. It's an honor to serve on the Board, and to use our work at FlightPath Academics to help meet the organization's needs.
