Privacy Policy Concerning Zoom

The following information pertains exclusively to the Zoom App Integration with FlightPath Academics ("The Company", "We", "Us"), and FlightPath Academics' policies regarding Zoom user data privacy.

 

  1. Data Collection / Privacy
    1. We will do not collect and store any PII on users, except for what is minimally necessary for Zoom to function with FlightPath Academics.
      1. This includes information regarding the user's ethnicity, political or religious affiliations, trade union memberships, biometric information, health, sexual activity, sexual orientation, or criminal history.
    2. We do not use Zoom to collect any data about the user's financial, payment, or authentication information.
    3. In short, we do not use the Zoom integration to collect any Personal User Data.
  2. Age of Users
    1. The Zoom integration app with FlightPath Academics is not intended for users under the age of 16, nor for K-12, healthcare, or "Zoom for Government."
  3. Fourth-Parties
    1. Any lawful data collection for a fourth party will be disclosed to our users.
    2. We will not disclose any Zoom-related data about our users to fourth-parties.
    3. We will not use or disclose to a fourth-party any data collected by Zoom for (1) building profiles or recording use, (2) monitoring employees, (3) location tracking, or (4) attention tracking aka "heat maps."
  4. Selling of Data Collected
    1. We will not sell any data collected through your Zoom integration, or use any such data for: (1) advertising or marketing using profiles based on such data, regardless of whether the data is anonymized or aggregated; (2) conducting or assisting with surveillance; or (3) reverse engineering or reconstructing profiles.
  5. ​Data Retention
    1. ​Users' zoom-related data is retained only as long as the user is an active client of FlightPath Academics.  Please note that users can "uninstall" their Zoom data at any time from their profile in FlightPath.
    2. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to perform the Zoom integration's functions for FlightPath Academics clients and users.
  6. ​Right of Data Removal
    1. ​Users (clients of FlightPath Academics) have the right, at any time, to request that FlightPath Academics remove all Zoom integration data from their installation of FlightPath.
