FlightPath now offers a seamless digital solution for universities, colleges, and K-12 schools to monitor student event attendance in real-time. Whether it's a guest lecture by a renowned expert, a career development workshop, or a campus cultural event, administrators can effortlessly record attendance with just a few clicks.

How it Works

Actually recording attendance at an event is simple and intuitive:

• Once the Seminar / Event is created in FlightPath, the event entry shows up in FlightPath for the student's as a widget on their home page.
• To sign in, the student can use their smartphone, tablet, or a laptop at the event location.
• To prove the student really did attend, you can require a secret "code" which is only displayed on-site, or is given verbally to attendees.  Ex:  55221.
• Once over, the student has the option to answer a few customizable evaluation questions about the event.

Customizable Evaluations

FlightPath goes beyond attendance tracking by enabling administrators to collect evaluations from students at the end of each event. Students can provide valuable feedback on the seminar content, presentation quality, and overall experience.
